Real time visual expression Media -lab, Madrid. April 2007
With Óscar testón http://medialab-prado.es/
This module focus on the creative, practical, and theoretical aspects related to real-time visual creation, its impact as a means of artistic creation, projection, and communication tool. In the workshop, which will be above all practical, we will work on the development of a visual discourse or narrative, which can structure and serve as a backbone for a live video session. This medium, which feeds on different disciplines such as cinema, video, and installation art, allows the creation of new narratives which provide a new understanding of time and space, and are capable of generating narratives which can only be expressed in this medium.

Optica: international vídeo art festival Workshop "rec, play and pause"
FNAC Callao. Madrid. Octubre 08
The Festival, organized by the art collective Interferencias, offers a forum for interchange and promotion that encourages an encounter with visual experimentation at an international level. To experiment means to go in search of the unknown. Video-art breaks established precepts, conferring prominence on the essence of film: light, sound and movement, in some cases resulting in pure abstraction. That's why it's one of the most natural and genuine forms of audio-visual culture, to the degree that it demands a subjective perception of space-time, through the technology of the electronic image.
